  • Are there tuition breaks for families with multiple children?

Tuition is tiered based on the number of children per family enrolled in our K-8th grade. If you have multiple children with one being in preschool, the tiered rate is based only on the students in K-8th, however, (for BTC parishioners) there is a $250 reduction in the preschool tuition. Contact the School Office or consult your registration packet for the specific pricing structure for multiple children.

  • What is the enrollment process for new students entering Preschool and Kindergarten?

In order to register for our preschool, the complete registration paperwork must be completed. For students entering kindergarten, a kindergarten readiness screening needs to be completed and will be scheduled with the family through the school office. It is also highly recommended, but not required, that a tour is taken prior to registering.

  • What is the enrollment process for new students entering 1st-8th grade?

Any new student wishing to enroll in 1st-8th grade must complete a full day of shadowing and be screened. The principal will then set up a meeting with the guardians to discuss further enrollment. If accepted, the registration paperwork must be completed.

  • What is the school uniform?

BTC School's regular school uniform for males consists of navy blue uniform shorts or pants and a red or white collared polo shirt. The uniform for females consists of navy blue uniform shorts or pants or our designated plaid jumper/skort/skirt purchased from Fischer’s Uniform Supply. The students must also purchase a casual uniform t-shirt. This order form is located in the registration packet. They also have the option of purchasing a red school sweatshirt with the BTC logo on it.

  • What is the parent involvement requirement?

We highly encourage and expect full participation by the parents of our students. All parents are required to attend a mandatory parent involvement meeting prior to the start of the school year. In addition, each family is required to serve on committees or at events throughout the school year, earning 20 volunteer hours. Beyond hours there is a $300 fundraising obligation that is required to be filled each year through numerous school-sponsored fundraising opportunities.

  • What is T.A.P.?

T.A.P. is an acronym for fundraising program that benefits BTC School. BTC purchases gift certificates from retailers at a discount and then sells them to school families and parishioners at face value. The certificates spend at face value and the difference is kept by the school as profit. All school families are required to earn $300 in PROFIT annually through this program. The $300 is charged up front and then any credit earned (up to $300) is credit toward your tuition balance or refunded.
