We are happy you have chosen to look into Blessed Teresa of Calcutta School as an option for your child's education!

We recognize this is a very important decision for you as a parent and your child. As a Catholic School, we are a member of the oldest and largest school system in the state of Missouri. We are blessed to have so many people, from teachers and staff to parents, to our parish community and the broader St. Louis community, who have made a strong commitment to Catholic Education. We are all united in the belief that every child is a gift, and we are all committed to providing the best possible education for the children of our community.

Open Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on February 3, 2025.

To begin the application process, please follow the steps outlined below.

Please note that Catholic students will be prioritized over non-Catholic students in enrollment. The enrollment process is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1. Application Form

Please complete the Blessed Teresa (BTC) School Application Form by clicking

Application Form. Fill in all the required fields accurately, ensuring all information is correct. Once you have completed the form, click "Submit," and it will automatically be sent directly to the school office.

2. Record Request

For students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade, all educational records must be submitted by the current attending school. To facilitate this, click here on the

Record Request Form link to download the form. Families will complete and submit the form to your current school office, which will then send the records directly to btcenrollment@btc-school.org.

3. Family Interview
After the application and educational records are received by BTC school, the principal will assess the student's academic and behavioral records. If the next steps are approved, families will be contacted to schedule an interview. The family interview will include the principal, the student's legal guardians, and the student(s) applying. If it is determined that the student does not qualify, families will be notified accordingly.

4. School Tour

Following the family interview, families selected to continue the enrollment process will be given time to tour the school. The tour, lasting approximately 45 minutes, will be a walking tour covering all three floors, conducted in a group format with other prospective families. The school principal and Blessed Teresa Student Ambassadors will lead the tour, which will occur during the school day. The dates and times will be communicated after the interview.

5. Financial Assistance

Once families have been approved for a school tour, a financial assistance meeting can be arranged. Multiple aid options are available at BTC, including the Alive in Christ Scholarship Program, Catholic Family Tuition Assistance (CFTA) through the Archdiocese of St. Louis, and assistance directly from BTC School. You must apply for the Alive in Christ Program before applying for the Parish Assistance Program.

Upon completion of the student/family visit and approved records, families will receive notification of acceptance by a phone call.  After official acceptance, a registration packet will be mailed to the primary address listed on the student's application form.

7. Enrollment

To finalize enrollment for your student, the enrollment forms must be completed in full, and all required documentation should be returned to the school office, along with the enrollment fee of $75 per student.  A spot will not be reserved for any student until all documentation is completed and submitted. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, with Catholic students prioritized over non-Catholic students.

We highly encourage and expect full participation by the parents of our students. All parents are required to attend a mandatory parent involvement meeting prior to the start of the school year. In addition, each family is required to serve on committees or at events throughout the school year, earning 20 volunteer hours. Beyond hours there is a $300 fundraising obligation that is required to be filled each year through numerous school-sponsored fundraising opportunities.

  • What is T.A.P.?

T.A.P. is an acronym for fundraising program that benefits BTC School. BTC purchases gift certificates from retailers at a discount and then sells them to school families and parishioners at face value. The certificates spend at face value and the difference is kept by the school as profit. All school families are required to earn $300 in PROFIT annually through this program. The $300 is charged up front and then any credit earned (up to $300) is credit toward your tuition balance or refunded.
